The purpose of this SuperPAC is not to primary a horde of republicans who fail to meet some narrow “purity test”. That is unreasonable in such a diverse party, and somewhat foolhardy if control of congress is also a priority. But success does not come without risk.

The purpose of Primary The Swamp is ensure the major top-level issues of the 2024 Election Mandate are not obstructed/hindered/defeated by any Republicans. 100% success is achieved if no republicans need be primaried on this basis. However, from experience we know some will not do the right thing unless properly motivated, and we are then likely to be betrayed. This is a behavior-modification effort. And in order to ensure the mandates of the 2024 election are implemented, we must be ready, willing and able to bring serious primary opposition those who refuse to support the 2024 America First Mandate. We must credibly forewarn them before their moment of hesitation arrives. Therefore,

First campaign targets ~17,000 Capitol Hill workers. We are fundraising now. $7500 runs these ads for two weeks.

Confirm the Nominees

This first campaign implements high-tech targeting of the devices of ~17,000 Capitol Hill workers. By targeting Capitol Hill workers, we maximize effect for the best return on our donation dollars. When the very people targeted with our message are the primary recipients of the ad-buy, word will get out. Imagine every legislator, legislative aid, lawyer, etc. on the hill having these ads rolling on their computers, TVs and phones. It is a shot across the bow — fair warning — given in advance of any possible betrayal.

SHORT TERM PLAN: Get the first campaign video ads live, targeting devices of people who work on Capitol Hill. Put DC on notice to not hinder the 2024 Election Mandate. Give them an opportunity to do the right thing and avoid the consequences of betraying the people. By making known real organized push-back is being developed, prevent opposition of the nominees and get them confirmed.

TOP PRIORITY: Raise $7500 to launch initial two-week digital campaign on pre-roll YouTube ads and connected television streams like Hulu etc. Go to Confirm the Nominees – Primary The Swamp and click on “Donate Now”.

LONGER TERM PLAN: Identify those who oppose or hinder the 2024 Election Mandate and raise funds for local district digital media opposition, and even organized ground-game opposition in their next primary election. Digital opposition can and should begin immediately, not wait until the actual primary season. Engage with organizations known to have talent in recruiting candidates in local districts. Again, the goal is to exert enough early pressure to avoid any republicans falling into this category. But experience tells us some will, and if so, there must be repercussions.

BIG PICTURE GOAL: Make Primary The Swamp SuperPAC a formidable force for Restoring America, with a 7-figure budget. Put the heat on unfaithful politicians and continue to turn it up. Motivate public officials to make avoiding being a target of Primary The Swamp a personal priority.

You can help by:

  • Donating $10-$10,000+.
  • Develop a process whereby elected officials will qualify for well-funded and targeted opposition in their future primary elections.
    • Misrepresentation of facts (lies) will be strongly weighted toward qualification, so officeholders should take care to avoid use of fabrications and propaganda in defending the positions they advocate and restrict themselves to the use of verifiable facts.
  • Promote Primary The Swamp to known political donors AND the general public.
  • Help make various podcasts aware of Primary The Swamp through YouTube superchats and/or comments on social media political threads.
  • Think of who you know, who they know, and make sure they all know about Primary The Swamp.
  • Organize and promote social media awareness and opposition to politicians who betray the election mandate.

“We will primary you” cannot remain mere comments on social media. It must be an organized and well-funded promise.

These actions will be taken without regard for party affiliation.

Opposition campaigns may begin as soon an office holder qualifies for political targeting. Campaigns should begin immediately, without waiting until the traditional “primary season” begins.
